Rental Rates
The rates quoted are per night, for exclusive occupancy of the lodge for 4 people. There is an additional £5 charge per night for each additional guest.
The price during any public holiday time, Carnival, Easter Weekend, Christmas etc is £100 per night for 4 people.
Rental Period
Our house is normally only rented for a minimum of seven days or more. However, we are happy to receive reservation requests for two days or more which fill days between existing bookings. For longer bookings, we offer a 15% discount for the third and subsequent weeks.
Conditions of rental
25% of the total rental is due on booking to secure your reservation. We accept payment by bank transfer to our UK or Tobago bank, english cheque, paypal & western union.
6 weeks prior to arrival at the cottage, the balance will be due together with a separate cheque for £100. This is a returnable deposit against damages and breakages.This will be returned to you by post within one week after the end of the rental period all being well.
Conditions of cancellation
Cancellation is possible, but with the following conditions::
- Up to six weeks before arrival - you will forfeit your booking deposit.
- Less than six weeks before arrival - the full amount will be forfeited unless a new guest is found for the same period in which case the payment will be returned less 15% administration charge.
All breakages, damages and fire to the house are the responsibility of the guest. The owners will not be liable for any loss, Injury or inconvenience caused to or suffered by the client.
The maximum night-time occupancy of Marys Hill Lodge is 9 people, including children. This is increased to a maximum of 12 persons during daylight hours. We reserve the right to terminate all rentals immediately, with loss of all rental payments made, should these figures be exceeded.
