Rental Rates
The rates quoted below are per room for 1-2 people per night. Any put-you-up beds required in any of the accommodations, will incur a supplement of £15 per bed per night.
Rental Period
Our house is normally only rented for a minimum of seven days or more. However, we are happy to receive reservation requests for two days or more which fill days between existing bookings. For longer bookings, we offer a 15% discount for the third and subsequent weeks.
Conditions of rental
Terms: £100 non-refundable deposit and the balance 6 weeks before arrival. Payment by cheque or inter-bank transfer. Sorry, but we cannot accept credit card payments.
6 weeks prior to arrival at the cottage, the balance will be due together with a seperate cheque for £100. This is a returnable deposit against damages and breakages.This will be returned to you by post within one week after the end of the rental period all being well.
Conditions of cancellation
Cancellation is possible, but with the following conditions:
- Up to six weeks before arrival - you will forfeit your booking deposit.
- Less than six weeks before arrival - the full amount will be forfeited unless a new guest is found for the same period in which case the deposit will be returned less 5% administration charge.
All breakages and damage to the house are the responsibility of the guest. We do not accept any personal liability...
